A down day

Hubby is in Westcliffe while I’m holding the fort down with mother.  Didn’ t leave the house today expect to get the mail. It was a beautiful day and should be ashamed I didn’t take her out. The bright sun does bother her eyes and she has pre cancerous skiing skin lesions so another good reason to keep her inside.  So far so good with her and I, no major upsets. The love of her life “Duke” her dog seems to favor me which will no likely become an issue at some point. He and I bonded early and it’s never left him, he loves me! No I’m serious he loves me, like no other.  I’ve taken my sleepy time meds so don’t take much of what I right here serious. I get a little goofy, while I’m stuffing my face with pretzels and milk. Have I told you all I LOVE milk, horrible documentary on treatment of milk cows and all.  I just have to tell myself, not my milk, it taste to good to come from operations such as the ones they refer to.

So besides doing nothing I heard from Mark today. That’s the caregiver we gave the boot to.  He called this evening looking for her. Basically begging to store her stuff for a little while longer. “what like 3 or 4 months”  I don’t think that’s going to fly. I’m being a bitch about this, but the last folks left stuff for over a year and my sister now has her own collection of her stuff.  When I leave I’m taking my stuff with me.

tootles can see anymore to type.

Thinking about it.

Wow two years flew by. I haven’t looked at this blog in two years and 3 days.  Things are quite different in my life as one would expect after two years.

This blog was supposed to be a blog of photos, I may have changed my mind on that. So I then should change my title. Guess that would be the logical thing to do.  What should I call it??

Asclepiadaceae :- Again has pentamerous (Five Petal) flowers but has a large corona, typical lifebelt shape in the middle of the flower. See the picture of a Huernia for a typical flower. The body of the plant below is quite typical of a large number of plants in the Asclepiadaceae familiy, but there are slightly different forms that look more like Cacti. Huernia Macrocarpa
